Architecture

The sophisticated design blends with nature thanks to the use of local and natural materials. Construction seems to ‘crawl’ uphill creating a feeling of connected villa’s with privacy and limited direct neighbors.

Green roofs and luscious gardens create natural cooling and privacy. A path through the garden leads you to the beach and the communal swimming pools and sun decks.

All the apartments are delivered ‘ready to move in’, so all you need to do is decorate your home.

Focus on the villa apartments

The luxury beachvilla-apartments have their living area oriented towards the beach and the ocean. The windows can be opened completely so your interior living area seamlessly becomes a huge outdoor living space. The bedrooms have wonderful views on the inland mountains and the morning sun. Some of the units have a private pool. Covered terraces create large shadowy outdoor areas. The two large swimming pools are for owners (or guests) only.

The beach club and reception desk are always happy to welcome you.

2 bedroom apartment

The connection between interior and exterior makes the 2-bedroom apartments feel spacious and light. And even though the resort swimming pools and the ocean are just a few steps away, some of our 2 bedroom apartments also come with a private pool. Interior space around 81m2 with terraces somewhere between 44 and 110m2. This is the perfect hideaway for couples or singles or small families. Enjoy the sunsets.

3 bedroom apartment

This 3-bedroom apartment with private pool is perfect for families. Interior space between120-130m2 and outdoor area from 80-200m2 depending on location in the resort. Open your windows from wall to wall so that indoor blends into outdoor. The finishing materials are authentic and raw but still luxurious in its simplicity. A lot of attention was given to ensure privacy for each apartment.

4 bedroom apartment

Frontal apartments have a huge outdoor area with an extra exterior kitchen. Windows can be opened from wall to wall so that interior also becomes outdoor living space. This unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Interior around 150m2 and exterior at least 220m2. Some of these units have a private pool. Perfect for time together or for finding some peace and quiet in a shadowy corner.

Sustainability

Evolution and development are inevitable, but if it does happen, it’d better be in a sustainable way.

The island of São Vicente was once an abundant green paradise, similar to the lush vegetation we still find on the neighboring island Santo Antão. But due to deforestation throughout history for shipping purposes, the land became dryer and less green. Still, the soil is fertile so we believe in re-greening by reusing our project’s waste water for irrigation on the new plantations around the resort and on the green roofs. These greenroofs are the ecofriendly substitute for airconditioning.
Sustainability goes beyond the natural ecosystem: it is also about people and job creation for the local community. Also part of the project’s funds and profits go to restoration of roads, to providing electricity for that area and to restoring local public buildings (lighthouse, church, schools,..).
